Optim Property Services acquires the Romanian division of MVGM, an international property management company.

Following the takeover, the name MVGM Romania has changed to LGM Property Advisors, the company providing, together with Optim Property Services, property & asset management services on the Romanian real estate market.

Optim Property Services is owned by Laura Niculescu, a specialist with over fifteen years of experience in property management, most of which at JLL Romania, where she founded the property management department.

The portfolio of LGM Property Advisors (formerly MVGM Romania) includes real estate projects from all market segments - residential, retail and office.
